3. Buyer Responsibility

4. Seller Responsibilities

By listing a domain name on NeoKid, sellers confirm that, to the best of their knowledge:

  • Software
  • Source code
  • Visual identity
  • Brand colours
  • Brand assets
  • Custom graphics
  • Documentation
  • Digital content

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, unfair competition, passing off, database, and other intellectual property laws.
